Kelly Turso encountered photography at the age of 15 and found it to be her calling. Upon completion of her BFA in Photography at University of the Arts in Philadelphia, she immediately began working professionally.  After 10 years of editorial work, fashion, architecture and interior design, including two coffee table books on product design with author Lisa S. Roberts, Turso moved to New York City.  There her documentary work developed, taking her to Europe, the Caribbean and all over the USA. Documenting people and their passions became Turso’s passion, along with art, music, culture and the great outdoors. Currently bicoastal between a Pacific Northwest homestead and Brooklyn NYC, Turso remains an active professional and will always indulge in her love for photography.
